The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkhateeb, attended the celebration of the medical oath performance of the nineteenth graduation course at Al-Kindy College of Medicine/University of Baghdad. The Rector of the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Muneer Hameed Al-Saadi, and the head of the Iraqi Medical Syndicate, Dr. Aqeel Shaker, attended the ceremony along with a group of deans of University of Baghdad colleges, hospital directors, faculty members, and students. The Rector of the University of Baghdad delivered a speech praising the efforts of the college and congratulating the graduating students on their achievement and medical oath performance. He offered advice for their future careers, emphasizing the importance of continued excellence to elevate the college and the university through rigorous scientific research and academic dedication appropriate to graduates of a prestigious institution like the University of Baghdad. During the ceremony, the medical oath was performed, awards and honorary shields were distributed by the university president, and the top three students were honored. The event was an expression of the university’s and the college’s pride in their graduates and their leading role in preparing outstanding medical professionals. This reflects the university’s commitment to scientific quality and excellence in the medical field, contributing to the educational process and the service of our country, Iraq.
